Retreats in nature, rooted in awareness.

Mindful Treehouse creates retreats in nature where we return to stillness, remember we are the Earth, and rise to care for her.

In a modern world that asks us to do more, our retreats invite you to slow down, reconnect, and remember what has been here all along.

The Joy of Being

In June 2026, Mindful Treehouse welcomed its first retreat in the redwoods of Bonny Doon, California.

Together, we spent a day returning to stillness, reconnecting with ourselves, one another, and the living world.

What emerged wasn't something new—it was something we remembered.

From Doing to Being

A free two-hour retreat in nature

In a world that rarely gives us permission to simply be, this retreat offers space to slow down, reconnect, and experience the quiet presence of nature—together.

What to Expect

One hour of quiet reflection

Spend time reading, journaling, meditating, sketching, resting, or simply being beneath the trees.

A guided closing

We come back together for a guided meditation and shared reflection.

A phone-free experience

Phones are tucked away so you can be fully present.

Participation in conversation is always by invitation, never expectation. You're welcome to simply listen if that feels right.

You don't need any meditation experience. Just come exactly as you are.

From stillness we rise.
